Refunds And Exchanges

This policy details our refund and exchange policy for handmade garments and physical good. (Our policy for workshops is detailed separately here.)

The buyer is responsible for checking items on delivery. Ready made and ready to wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item (if unworn only).  All custom orders are individually made to order, so unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom made items. Please check the item listing carefully. 

Please notify us immediately at hello@togatherandstitch.co.uk if you wish to return an item. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and please make sure that you return the item securely as we will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
