Delivery of your order is approximately 3 - 5 working days within the UK. If an item is in stock we may be able to get it to you more quickly.

International Customers
Please email us at hello@togatherandstitch.co.uk for a shipping quote. All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and not To Gather And Stitch.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping for your purchase when the items are purchased together in one transaction. If you buy items in separate transactions, please email us or write a note in the comments box for the second item to let us know you'd like the shipping combined and we will refund the difference in shipping. With this option, your order will be posted out after the turnaround time for the latest item is fulfilled.
Lost Packages And Shipping Issues
If you have not received your order please use the details provided to track your parcel. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping, we do send our parcels with adequate insurance, so please contact the courier for reimbursement. We are not responsible for any consequential loss.
