By downloading any of the PDF sewing patterns or e-books created by To Gather And Stitch, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Digital Product Availability
When you purchase a digital product, you will be emailed a link to a download page. This page will contain important information about the product, instructions for use, and a link to access the files via Google Drive.
Please note: This download page will be available for 24 hours from the time of purchase. We recommend downloading this file promptly to avoid any disruptions. Save this file onto your PC so you can still access the files if you need them at a later date.
2. Personal Use License
All digital products (including sewing patterns and e-books) purchased from To Gather & Stitch are for personal use only. You may print or save these files for your individual use, but redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing the files, forwarding them to others, or reselling them.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All digital products, including sewing patterns, instructions, and e-books, are protected by copyright law. To Gather & Stitch retains full ownership of the designs and content. By purchasing our products, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the content, other than the personal use rights granted.
You may not:
Share, copy, or distribute the patterns or e-books.
Modify the patterns and claim them as your own.
Use the patterns to produce items for sale or any other commercial use without prior written consent.
If you're interested in using our patterns for commercial purposes, such as creating products for sale, please contact us to discuss a commercial license. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our discretion.
Violating these terms may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for downloadable files.
